Sketching the Pattern

Description

Here is my first LG game. This was really one of the best teams I've ever had. I wish I had nicknamed them. ^^'

The boys: My starter Venusaur, my Pikachu, Vaporeon, Flareon, and Misdreavus.

The girl: Pidgeot. X3

Pikachu and Pigeot were kinda the weakest on the team, but my others were kickass. Vaporeon was my strongest, and is currently the strongest pokemon I have ever trained at level 90. Flareon was evolved from the Eevee I stole from my brother's FR. X3

Misdreavus was the only one I caught after the E4, and is actually now a Mismagius in my Platinum file, where all of these pokemon reside happily. I will use them again one day for something... :3

Anyways, good team, good game. ^^

Picture's okay. I tried doing a sort of dappled sunlight effect, but it looks kinda weird. Oh, well. The rays from the top made it look a little better.

By the way, this is at Pattern Bush. There's a reason I'm sketching it in the picture, actually. From the name, I used to think there was some awesome pattern from full view. I walked around the entire place and sketched it in my notebook, but it was pretty random. Didn't look like anything to me.

And if anyone's wondering, my trainer in that game was called Nicole. :3

EDIT: I fixed Pikachu's tail, cuz it's not a girl. X3 Thanks to :iconflame-shadow: for pointing that out. ^^'

I know what the pattern is: Look at the back of the cartridge. It's the game's circuit board design. The fact that it's home to a bunch of insects is a reference to the fact that Pokemon Red had a bunch of bugs aka glitches.
